A subscription is a shopping model where the products you’ve chosen are delivered to your chosen address at a fixed 15% discount on a regular basis – every 1, 2 or 3 months (you choose how often).
Instead of manually ordering each parcel, the system remembers your selection and organises the delivery for you – saving you not only money but also a lot of time.
When your order is renewed, the payment is automatically debited from the payment card linked to your account, or you’ll be asked to confirm the payment using a BLIK code – depending on which payment method you choose.
If you choose the BLIK recurring payments option – you only need to enter the code with your first order – subsequent payments will be debited automatically. We’ll notify you of an upcoming payment by email and text message – you only pay for the products you’ve ordered. Delivery is free if the order value reaches 69 zł.
You can, at any time: edit your subscription (add/replace/remove products), reschedule it, cancel it or have it redirected to a different address. Our Customer Care team is always on hand to help if you have any queries!
